Monitor, evaluate, and report client development across all living areas while co-creating personalized care plans focused on daily self-care and ADL support. Motivate clients to perform daily activities independently within a protected living environment that fosters a sense of home. Collaborate regularly with a supporting companion on client progress and maintain a safe, pleasant atmosphere for all residents. Work 24–32 hours per week with a minimum salary of €3,180 and a maximum of €4,273 gross per month on a one-year contract with a view to permanent employment. Requires an MBO-4 degree, preferably in an agogic direction, plus experience in psychiatry and affinity with the target group.
