Persoonlijk begeleider EMB | Kaj Munk Hoofddorp

Conduct daily ADL care and personal support for clients with severe multiple impairments and intensive care needs. Monitor behavioral and physical signals to provide appropriate proximity, rest, or space during moments of high tension. Manage client plans and coordinate with families while collaborating with colleagues to continuously refine care organization. Apply knowledge of EMB and physical care to address difficult behaviors, reflecting on how to best organize support. Work 24 to 32 hours per week across morning, afternoon, night, and sleep shifts.
