Conduct personalized support for clients with substance use and psychiatric vulnerabilities, co-creating goal plans and adapting to unforeseen situations using the strength-based approach. Manage daily living activities, financial guidance, and social network development while reporting progress clearly. Handle acute crisis and aggression scenarios with problem-solving skills, including administering medication where permitted. Rotate between early and late shifts across weekdays and weekends within a 24-hour care setting. Requires HBO or MBO Level 4 agogic diploma, relevant experience, and empathy. Salaried at €3,461–€5,157 gross per month for a 32–36 hour week.
