Job Summary
Oversee the protection of sensitive information and personnel by implementing and maintaining robust security protocols. Conduct thorough background investigations and adjudicate security clearances in accordance with federal guidelines. Maintain accurate records and certify compliance with all relevant regulations. Collaborate with other departments to address security risks and incidents as necessary. This role requires an active TS/SCI w/ CI POLY, a Bachelor's degree, and 3+ years of experience in personnel security. Salary ranges from $88,400 to $154,700. Part of the Federal Solutions team, which delivers resources to US government customers for defense, security, and intelligence missions.
Required Qualifications

- 3+ years experience or equivalent
- Proven experience in personnel security or related fields
- Strong knowledge of federal guidelines for background investigations and security clearances
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to address security risks
- An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance
