Personnel Security Analyst / Adjudicator – Mid w/ TS/SCI with FSP

Manage a caseload of over 80 parallel-stage cases while maintaining a 23 completed cases per month average. Prepare Statements of Reasons, investigative files, and First Level Review recommendations, and conduct personal appearances for Appellants per Appeals Staff procedures. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to interview stakeholders and clarify complex facts for final adjudication. Provide on-the-job training to new team members and Developmental level colleagues. Requires a Bachelor's degree plus three years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma plus five years, with prior adjudicative experience supporting the Clearance Division and work within compartmented programs. A TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
