Job Summary
Manage a caseload of minimally complex cases, maintaining a production average of 23 completed cases per month. Organize investigative materials and apply Federal adjudicative standards to determine eligibility for access to National Security Information. Identify cases meeting specific thresholds for Subject Matter Expert review and submit recommendations to Senior Case Managers. Partner with senior peers to conduct Subject interviews and prepare chronological case briefings to the Adjudication Board. Compose adjudicative closing documents with a clear nexus between case facts and ICD 704/EO 12968 standards. Identify significant derogatory information early and notify management to support risk-mitigation strategies. This entry-level role focuses on mastering the "story" of a case under the guidance of Senior Case Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year of relevant experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Federal adjudicative requirements
- ICD 704
- EO 12968
- Demonstrated analytical ability
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Ability to discreetly handle sensitive, classified, and personal information
- TS/SCI clearance
- Full Scope Polygraph
