Personnel Coordinator position supporting recruiting and onboarding for exempt and non-exempt roles. Responsibilities include candidate outreach, screening, coordinating phone/virtual/in-person interviews, onboarding documentation and background checks, payroll backup, CRM/ATS/timekeeping record-keeping, and administrative support to recruiters, sales teams, and office leadership. Travel to job sites as needed; strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills required to work with recruiters, hiring managers, clients, and on-site teams.
