Job Summary
Personnel Coordinator in a grocery-store environment responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, HR data management, payroll coordination, training, event representation at job fairs, maintaining personnel files, time/attendance records, and liaison between employees and HR/Payroll/Benefits. Responsibilities include partnering with Store and Department Management to plan staffing, conducting interviews/prescreening, coordinating orientation, representing the company at local recruiting events, managing personnel files and attendance records, supporting performance management and leaves of absence, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies. Requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, HR processes knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail/service environment. Travel occasional local. 2+ years of experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, associate relations, or related field preferred
