Job Summary
Coordinate daily living support for a 50-year-old client, including meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, and companionship activities like watching television. Manage household logistics by driving to and from the site, as a car is essential despite available bus service. Work flexible hours between 08:00–18:00 and 18:00–09:00, seven days a week, with options for full-time or part-time engagement. Take initiative to identify and resolve problems rather than simply following orders, ensuring tasks are completed proactively. Join a team of at least six new assistants to support the client following their recent eligibility for personal assistance services.
Required Qualifications
- Körkort och tillgång till bil
- Bra svenska språkkunskaper
- Normal fysik
- Förmåga att arbeta upp till 100% på en fast rad (fast tjänst)
- Förmåga att arbeta som vikarie
- Förmåga att ta egna initiativ
- Förståelse och lyhördhet
- Förmåga att trivas med att jobba med människor
- Förmåga att lösa problem
- Förmåga att hjälpa till med matlagning, städ, tvätt och personlig hygien
