Support daily living activities including meals, hygiene, and dressing at the client's home. Develop a routine-based approach to assist with tasks the client would perform independently. After establishing trust, potentially transition to leading the assistant team or managing staffing coverage for absences. Requires fluent Swedish, prior personal assistant experience, and a non-smoking status. Flexible start date available upon agreement.
