Support the individual in daily routines, accompany them to appointments and activities, and assist with light household tasks and organizational matters. Provide reliable, empathetic presence and thoughtful collaboration in a respectful, low-pressure environment. Work in a fixed two-week rhythm of one week on (Monday through Friday) followed by a week off, with weekend days generally free, resulting in approximately ten workdays per month. Shift options include 16:30 to 07:00 or 20:00 to 07:00, with occasional fair arrangements for vacation coverage. A personal dog is welcome at the workplace.
