Job Summary
Conduct daily personal care, household management, and daily life support for a client with mobility challenges, including assistance with bathing, cooking, and errands. Drive the client to appointments, events, and outings using a modified vehicle, with optional holiday travel. Work in 24-hour shifts across full-time, part-time, or minijob arrangements, receiving tax-free allowances for night, Sunday, and holiday work. Maintain continuous availability for the client's needs while enjoying a flat hierarchy and direct feedback culture.
