Job Summary
Conduct daily personal assistance for individuals with disabilities, including basic and body hygiene tasks such as toilet assistance, showering, and washing. Manage scheduled or free-agreement service plans while maintaining on-call availability for phone requests and emergency drop-ins. Provide transportation using the client's vehicle when required for specific assignments. Work in Mainz, Wiesbaden, and surrounding areas with a focus on individualized support tailored to personal needs. Offer overnight stays depending on the service model and collaborate directly with the client during onboarding.
