Conduct independent personal reimbursement across various collective agreements and manage execution matters. Serve as the contact point for labor tax and social security questions while creating and transmitting reports to the tax authority, authorities, and ÖGK. Implement legal and collective agreement changes, draft labor agreements, and handle expense reimbursements, time lists, and entry/exit records. Generate reports and analyses, collaborate on internal projects, and manage correspondence with external bodies. Requires a commercial qualification, positive personal reimbursement exam, Sage DPW knowledge, and multiple years of experience. Full-time equivalent role at 30-35 hours/week with home office options.
