Personalverrechner (m/w/d)

Manage end-to-end payroll reconciliation for diverse client contracts, acting as the primary contact for labor, social, and tax legal inquiries while communicating with authorities, ÖGK, and the Finanzamt. Execute personal administration tasks, generate analytical reports and statistics, and support smooth payroll takeover processes within client projects. Mentor junior colleagues during their onboarding phase by sharing expertise in Austrian payroll processing. Requires a completed vocational training in payroll accounting, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in German with good English. Full-time role with flexible hours and up to three days of remote work per week.
