Job Summary
Complete glove prep, engraving, and grip installation using laser engravers and personalization equipment while maintaining strict quality standards. Operate machines safely, inspect products before and after processing, and identify errors before orders move to shipping. Organize incoming orders by deadline, prioritize work, and prepare workstations. Communicate equipment issues and defects to supervisors. Meet on-time shipping commitments with consistent workmanship. This seasonal role in our Kansas City fulfillment center runs Monday through Sunday with evening and weekend shifts. Pay is $15.00 per hour with bonus potential.

- Must be available Monday through Friday: 1 PM to 9 PM
- Must be available Saturday: 9 AM to 5 PM

- Must be able to work in Kansas City, MO
- Must be able to operate laser engravers, glove prep machines, and other personalization equipment safely and accurately
- Must be able to complete glove prep, engraving, grip installation, and other add-on services with a quality first approach
- Must be able to inspect products before and after personalization to ensure quality standards are met
- Must be able to identify and correct errors before orders move to packing and shipping
- Must be able to meet on-time shipping commitment while maintaining consistent workmanship
- Must be able to prepare, clean, and maintain equipment and workstations
- Must be able to organize incoming orders and prioritize work based on shipping deadlines
- Must be able to communicate equipment issues, product defects, and order concerns to the supervisor
