Job Summary
Strategy Associate in Personalization & Insights (P&I) supports strategic planning and execution for product initiatives, collaborates with cross-functional teams to define user workflows, requirements, and stories, analyzes product performance metrics to inform decisions, participates in product planning sessions, and develops executive-ready materials for senior leaders. This role contributes to solution discovery, partner engagement, and the execution of product initiatives, with a focus on personalization, customer intelligence, and emerging AI/LLM applications within a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy/operations, product strategy, analytics, or a high-performance rotational program
- Strong structured problem-solving skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems, form hypotheses, and drive analyses to clear recommendations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; adept at crafting executive-ready materials and tailoring messages to different audiences
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in personalization or data/AI domains is a plus
