Job Summary
Senior-level personal/virtual assistant role providing Lifestyle Manager and Operations Coordinator support: manage executive communications, calendar, email, and gatekeeping; handle purchasing/ vendor coordination, contract administration, and customer coordination; track shipments, contracts, and financial activities; maintain NDA and contract records; improve processes and support business growth while working remotely from Latin America. Requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace; 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, remote across MX/CO/SV regions.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Gmail and Google Calendar.
- Experience managing contracts, documentation, purchasing processes, or operational workflows.
- Currently living in Latin America.
