Job Summary
As a Personal Travel Expert in Milton Keynes, you will create and sell worldwide holidays, guiding customers from enquiry to post-booking follow-up with exceptional service and a tailored travel plan. You’ll use your destination knowledge and sales skills to design tailor-made holidays, manage the customer journey, and meet monthly sales targets while building lasting relationships with VIP customers and specialist brands. You’ll work in-store, helping customers in a retail environment, adapting to an omni-channel setup, and leveraging booking systems to deliver seamless bookings. The role offers extensive training, career progression, and opportunities to engage in events and initiatives across Kuoni stores, with shifts across 5 days per week including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales
- Experience in travel industry or selling tailor-made holidays
- Knowledge of third party products and suppliers
- Experience using booking systems or ability to learn new systems
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends
