Job Summary
Design tailor-made luxury holidays and manage the full customer journey from enquiry to post-trip concierge service. Create bespoke itineraries using Kuoni products and third-party suppliers while meeting monthly sales targets and building a repeat customer database. Deliver daily personal service by discussing travel options, handling bookings, and ensuring seamless experiences with surprise touchpoints before departure. Manage own time across a 37-hour weekly schedule including evenings and weekends, utilizing booking systems to support an omni-channel retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about travel (with first-hand experience of multiple long-haul destinations)
- Be self-motivated and dedicated to building a repeat customer base
- Have proven experience thriving within a sales environment
- Have a good knowledge of the travel industry and experience in selling & designing tailor-made holidays, including knowledge of third party product
- Manage own time effectively
- Adaptable and be flexible in an ever-changing and omni-channel environment
- Have experience using booking systems or have the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Experience working retail hours
- Work 37 hours across 5 days which will include a selection of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Typically get one full weekend off a month
- Additional weekend day

- Attend and organise events as a Kuoni ambassador
- Take on extra responsibilities such as running your store's social media account or in-house projects
- Move up to Assistant Manager, Store Manager or into a head office role
- Attend overseas conferences for our Retail Store Managers & Assistant Managers
