Job Summary
Design tailor-made luxury holidays and manage the customer journey from enquiry to return, acting as a concierge to surprise and delight clients at key touchpoints. Deliver daily personal service by creating itineraries that match individual interests, tastes, and spending levels while building a repeat customer base. Work in a retail environment open Monday to Saturday, with a requirement to cover 37 hours across five days including evenings and weekends. Manage own time effectively to meet monthly sales targets and maintain relationships with specialist brands and third-party suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Be passionate and enthusiastic about travel (with first-hand experience of multiple long-haul destinations)
- Be self-motivated and dedicated to building a repeat customer base
- Have proven experience thriving within a sales environment
- Have a good knowledge of the travel industry and experience in selling & designing tailor-made holidays, including knowledge of third party product
- Manage own time effectively
- Adaptable and be flexible in an ever-changing and omni-channel environment
- Have experience using booking systems or have the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Experience working retail hours
- Work 37 hours across 5 days which will include a selection of shifts including evenings and weekends
- Work Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm
- Work Sunday 11am - 6pm
