As a Personal Training Sales Consultant, you will drive the fitness programs, pairing clients with dedicated personal trainers, and strive to surpass sales targets within a team-oriented environment. You'll engage with members, provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively to enhance the club's goals. Exceptional sales skills, a passion for fitness, and effective communication are essential, along with a required certification from an accredited program within your first 100 days.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
- Passion for health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications must be acquired within the first 100 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
