Job Summary
Engage daily with current and new members to guide them through the CrunchONE Kickoff and assign them to dedicated personal trainers. Proactively connect clients to dotFIT programs and set up sessions while addressing questions, comments, or concerns to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain high productive activity by staying engaged with members throughout each shift and reliably meeting show and close rate expectations. Foster a collaborative environment where team members work together toward club goals and build trust in your assigned trainers as subject matter experts.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
- Passion for health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Provide team member experience with a positive and motivating approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs
- Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications (ACSM, Certified Personal Trainer, Health Fitness Specialist, ACE, Personal Trainer Certification, The Cooper Institute, IFPA, NASM, CES, PES, NESTA, NFPT, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA with NCCA) must be acquired within the first 120 days of employment
