Job Summary
As a Personal Training Sales Consultant, you will engage with members, guide them through the CrunchONE Kickoff experience, and connect them with personal trainers to help achieve fitness goals. Responsibilities include fostering a collaborative club environment, addressing customer inquiries, and exceeding sales targets. You will need a background in sales, particularly within the fitness industry, and obtain necessary certifications shortly after starting. Physical demands include lifting weights and prolonged physical activity.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in one or more Nationally Accredited Certifications within the first 100 days of employment
- High school diploma or GED required

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry
- Passion for health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach
