Job Summary
Lead and manage the personal training team at high-volume EōS Fitness locations, coaching trainers to deliver top-notch service, driving new client acquisition, improving client retention, and achieving PT targets. Own the trainer lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and ongoing performance management, while partnering with the Fitness Manager on day-to-day PT business, driving revenue growth and maximizing PT penetration. Requirements include valid Personal Training Certification, CPR within 30 days, and successful background check; the role is full-time with compensation comprising base salary plus bonus opportunities and benefits. Ability to foster a high-energy, team-focused environment and develop staff through coaching and training; strong communication, organizational, and KPI-driven mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must carry valid Personal Training Certification
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Must successfully pass background check
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
