Job Summary
Personal Training Manager leads the personal training team in high-volume EōS Fitness locations, coaching trainers to deliver high-value PT orientation sessions, driving new client acquisition and PT penetration, and managing the trainer lifecycle from sourcing to performance management to improve client satisfaction, retention, and PT revenue. The role partners with the Fitness Manager to maximize profitability and growth, requires a valid Personal Training Certification and CPR within 30 days, and involves overseeing trainer development, accountability for performance goals and KPIs, and day-to-day management of PT staff.
