Job Summary
The Personal Training Manager will lead and develop the club's fitness team, hire/train Personal Trainers, and drive revenue and member retention through high-quality programs and adherence to Crunch standards. Responsibilities include staffing and development (hiring, coaching, performance reviews), fitness management (ensuring quality programs, scheduling, time/labor compliance, revenue goals for personal training and supplements), and sales/service support to members. Requires knowledge of Crunch Personal Training program software (dotFIT, Datatrak, Crunch-U, etc.), strong interpersonal and communication skills, and CPR certification. Education includes a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Travel is minimal, with a requirement to operate within the club setting and supportive governance of fitness services.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Current CPR
- Certifications: ACSM/ACE/NASM/NFPT/NSCA etc.
