Job Summary
Lead Personal Training revenue growth by developing and managing a team of trainers, coaching on business development, and delivering world-class fitness experiences. Drive personal training sales through effective strategies, lead generation, and client engagement; recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance team; oversee PT programs, ensure member satisfaction, monitor sales and trainer performance, and foster a strong fitness community while ensuring operational excellence and policy compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR Certification required
- Nationally recognized personal training certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM)
