Job Summary
Lead, train, and manage a team of certified Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants to drive new client acquisition, retention, and club performance. Oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff experience, coach staff on client engagement and program prescription, and ensure accurate administration of PT services including dotFIT tracking, supplement sales, and progress monitoring. Conduct weekly 1:1 performance reviews, maintain up-to-date certification records, and provide timely customer service responses. Report key results to leadership and isolate resources based on KPIs to meet departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer
- Experience executing plans and managing KPIs
- Must have solid understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers
- CPR/AED certification
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Certified Personal Trainer, Health Fitness Specialist, American Council on Exercise (ACE), Personal Trainer Certification, The Cooper Institute, Personal Trainer Certification, International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), Personal Fitness Trainer Certification, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (C...
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
