Job Summary
Lead, train, and manage a team of certified Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants to drive new client acquisition, retention, and personal training sales. Conduct 1:1 performance reviews, coach direct reports on client engagement and program prescription, and administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience to meet weekly and monthly targets. Ensure accurate administration of PT services, including dotFIT management, supplement sales, and progress tracking, while maintaining up-to-date certification and CPR records for all staff. Provide excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries within 24 hours and report key results to the Managing Partner. Full-time role with competitive pay and a free gym membership.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer
- Experience executing plans and managing KPIs
- Must have solid understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers
- CPR/AED certification
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: Health Fitness Specialist
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: American Council on Exercise (ACE)
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: Personal Trainer Certification
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: The Cooper Institute
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: Personal Trainer Certification

- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs
- Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
