Job Summary
The Personal Training Manager at Crunch Fitness is responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of personal trainers, as well as assisting in daily club operations. This role emphasizes creating a positive, judgment-free environment for members to achieve their fitness goals. Key responsibilities include meeting client acquisition and retention targets, coaching team members, and ensuring accurate administration of personal training services. Candidates should have 1-2 years of personal training experience, strong knowledge of the fitness industry, and experience with KPI management. CPR/AED certification is required, along with a nationally accredited personal trainer certification.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal trainer preferred
- Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required
- Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
- Must have solid understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers
- CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Certification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications
