Job Summary
Personal Training Manager focused on maximizing paid Personal Training Services participation and retention by driving new client acquisition and strengthening the client journey. Responsibilities include owning the CrunchOne Kickoff sales process, delivering and coaching personal training services, ensuring high-quality programs with a scientific basis, maintaining KPI reports, hiring and developing Trainers, and communicating performance insights to leadership. Emphasizes punctuality, dress code, friendliness, cleanliness, and superior member service while guiding the team to meet company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Certifications: ACSM, ACE, The Cooper Institute, IFPA, NASM, NFPT, NSCA, CSCS, CSCS (Certified Personal Trainer)
- Experience: 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer/Crunch Coach preferred
- Preferred: Prior management experience in retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees
- Preferred: Consultative sales experience
