Job Summary
The Personal Training Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of personal trainers, assisting with daily club operations, and ensuring a high-performance culture within the fitness center. Duties include meeting client acquisition and retention targets, conducting performance reviews, generating personal training leads, and maintaining accurate reporting and administration of personal training services. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of the fitness industry, relevant experience, and the required certifications in personal training.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal trainer preferred
- CPR/AED certification required
- Certification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Experience executing plans and managing KPIs
- Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
