Personal Training Manager

Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and onboard new personal trainers while mentoring them through a 30-day onboarding schedule and coaching effective client consultations. Conduct session quality reviews, assign clients to trainers, and lead staff in following organizational policies, including cancel and freeze procedures. Train staff on monthly business plans, daily reporting, and the Peak/ABC POS system, while performing monthly consults to meet sales growth targets. Support the Personal Training Director with facility visits, interviews, and new club grand openings, maintaining high customer service standards and adhering to all C4F guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced Certified Personal Trainer
- previous experience training private clients
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- ability to assess and provide necessary guidance in regard to functional training for women during pregnancy
- ability to provide guidance to members recovering from illness or injury
- ability to improve repetitive motions
- ability to offer alternative to endurance and/or strength training activities
- The ability to pass a personal training Strength and Conditioning Assessment

- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels

- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Desired Qualifications
- 2- or 4-yr degree in an exercise science or related field
- Previous personal training sales experience
