Personal Training Fitness Manager

Review new gym member lists and schedule FitStart appointments for potential clients. Sell personal training packages to meet bi-weekly sales quotas while discussing fitness goals with members. Assign new clients to Personal Trainers and check in regularly to ensure quality service and programming. Interview, hire, train, and manage Personal Trainers, reassigning clients as needed. Attend routine meetings and weekly conference calls. Requires current Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACSM, ACE, or accredited program) and CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 30 days. No degree required; skills training provided.
