Job Summary
Lead the Personal Training Department at a Crunch Facility, hire and develop Personal Trainers, and drive revenue and member retention through fitness services and supplements. Oversee staffing, scheduling within budgeted non-session hours, ensure high-quality programs, train staff on industry updates, and uphold Crunch standards. Responsibilities include managing performance, conducting meetings, ensuring Time & Labor compliance, providing member service, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue objectives across fitness services and supplements. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, coaching/motivating groups, and a customer-focused service mindset are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Eligible to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
