Personal Training Director

Directs fitness department operations at Crunch club, hiring/training Personal Trainers, ensuring adherence to company standards, driving revenue and member retention, and serving as the point of reference for fitness expertise within the club. Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, ensuring punctuality, dress code compliance, friendliness, and cleanliness, and developing a strong team of Personal Trainers. Oversees department targets, including revenue and member retention, and manages staff scheduling, time & labor, and employee relations.
