Seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to provide individualized and group fitness instruction, create tailored workout programs, and promote a healthy lifestyle.
Required Qualifications
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification.
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or relevant role.
- Knowledge of safe exercise technique and principles.
- Knowledge of group fitness teaching strategies.
- Ability to effectively demonstrate skills to clients.
- Knowledge of strength training, HIIT, Tabata, and senior class instruction.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Kinesiology, Sports Sciences or related health fields is preferred.
- Certified Personal Training Certification.
