Job Summary
Conduct service appointments with members, including workout programming, proper equipment usage, and exercise form correction. Advise clients on fitness goals and develop individualized exercise programs consistent with their personal objectives. Continually monitor members to ensure proper form during exercises and maintain facility cleanliness and tidiness. Partner with the sales and management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals through personal training.
Required Qualifications
- Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA)
- agreement to be certified within 60 days of employment
- First Aid & CPR Certified
- ability to obtain certification within 60 days of employment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
- Desire for longevity
- Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a great sense of humor
