Job Summary
Conduct complimentary one-hour orientation sessions with every new member, design personalized fitness programs that get members results and keep them coming back, conduct service appointments including body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, and exercise form coaching, monitor and assist members for proper form and safe technique, partner with management on warm personal training leads generated during membership signups, crush revenue goals and grow income, keep the facility clean and professional, part-time with a 60/40 commission split where trainers typically earn $24-$42 per hour with potential up to $72 per hour, schedule is flexible, includes a free gym membership and first Phorm supplement benefits, apply today.
Required Qualifications
- Personal Trainer certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR agreement to be certified within 60 days of employment.
- First Aid & CPR Certified OR ability to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
