Job Summary
Conduct initial member orientation including access setup, guide progressive training sessions in flexibility, aerobic conditioning, and strength, and monitor equipment usage to ensure safe techniques. Assist the Director in creating monthly fitness initiatives, implementing new programs like run groups and yoga, and stocking supplies. Inspect exercise equipment and facilities for maintenance needs, clean the fitness center, and ensure all club policies are followed. Verify member ticket charges and billing accuracy, then submit health or nutritional articles when assigned. Greet members, answer phones within three rings, and pick up misplaced equipment. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours weekly in billable hours, classes, or center activities.
Required Qualifications
- CPR/AED certified
- Personal Training Certification or related Fitness Degree(s)
- basic comprehension of the English language
- Health/Fitness knowledge and background

- able to push, pull or lift upto 45lbs
- Independent mobility throughout the Fitness Center
