Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and manage the personal training department while providing customized fitness programs and educating members on nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, and resistance training. Facilitate the integration of personal training services and packages sold, and train Membership Counselors on fitness and supplementation presentations to support retention. Create and manage weekly schedules for fitness staff, ensuring accurate Time & Labor records, and conduct regular one-on-one or team meetings to review performance and drive progress toward goals. This part-time role requires 20-32 hours of availability per week in 5-hour blocks, with compensation of $16.50 per hour for floor hours plus a commission-based payout ranging from 30% to 50% on session revenue.
