Job Summary
Personal Trainer at Ocean Fitness delivering guest-focused fitness experiences: greet hotel guests and members for training and classes, instruct on techniques, lead group or private sessions, ensure equipment is sanitized and in good condition, maintain safety, communicate issues to Fitness Manager, stay current on trends, and promote the Spa and resort. Must be available on weekends and holidays and hold NSCA and ASCM certifications.
Required Qualifications
- ASCM + NSCA certifications required.
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor.
- Knowledge of fitness trends, training techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work with individuals of varying fitness levels.
- Basic knowledge of safety and first aid procedures.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lead group fitness classes effectively.
