Job Summary
Provide individualized fitness programming and build a client roster by engaging with clients to understand health history and goals, using GoodLife training programs and tools, and handling client servicing administratively. Must pursue a nationally recognized Personal Training certification within 75 days, demonstrate a passion for helping others, and coach clients to achieve health and fitness outcomes. Collaborate with team, maintain relationships, and contribute to an inclusive culture aligned with GoodLife values. Compensation ranges based on experience and certifications, with bonuses/commissions potential; includes access to facilities and opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to accrue a nationally recognized Personal Training certification within the first 75 days of employment
