Job Summary
Develops client training programs, conducts fitness consultations, monitors clients during sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment, and promotes and sells personal training services. Maintains current certifications and industry knowledge; ensures high-quality customer service and safety on the fitness floor; documents client progress and administers assessments while supporting Life Time’s inclusive, equitable workplace. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of personal training experience, Certified personal Trainer with CPR and AED certification; knowledge of cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design; ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.
