Job Summary
A Personal Trainer delivers member-facing training services, onboarding sessions, and complimentary services, creating safe, professional, and engaging personalized programs. Responsibilities include designing comprehensive workout plans, instructing clients on safe use of cardiovascular and resistance equipment, conducting fitness consultations and pre-participation screenings, assessing client goals, promoting training programs, handling service desk duties and administrative tasks, and staying current on certifications and industry trends. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of training experience, and a certified trainer credential with CPR/AED, plus knowledge of fitness programming and nutrition; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
