Job Summary
Personal Trainers develop a roster of clients and work with them to achieve health and fitness goals. Responsibilities include seeking out new clients, understanding health history and future goals to create tailored programming, leveraging GoodLife training programs, and handling administrative tasks using GoodLife tools. Must be willing to accrue a nationally recognized Personal Training certification within 75 days, demonstrate a passion for helping others, coach effectively, collaborate with others, and embody the company’s core values (Caring, Happiness, Integrity, Peak Attitude, Passion, Personal Fitness, Trust). The role offers ongoing training, access to fitness facilities, pre-designed specialty programs and marketing materials, career advancement opportunities, and a compensation package that includes base pay plus bonuses/commissions; location in London, Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
