Job Summary
As a Certified Personal Trainer, provide personalized, one-on-one and couples' fitness coaching in clients' homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations. Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments, demonstrate exercises with proper form, and adjust as needed. Track progress using the Svetness Fitness App (session notes and reassessments). Maintain consistent client appointments and scheduling. Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes). The role requires CPR/AED certification, 1-3 years of experience, strong communication, nutrition knowledge, and comfort with a range of training methods and equipment. No sales responsibilities; dedicated to delivering individualized fitness experiences and supporting client growth with flexible scheduling and liability coverage. Required Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
- CPR/AED certification – Up-to-date
- 1-3 years of personal training experience preferred
- Strong communication skills – Verbal, written, and technical
- Basic Nutrition knowledge – Ability to guide clients on healthy habits
- Fitness expertise – Comfortable with various training methods and equipment
- Physical capability – Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Personal training equipment – Ability to bring basic training tools as needed
- Reliable transportation – Must be able to travel to client locations
