Personal Trainer, Huntington Park - Blink Fitness

Blink Personal Trainers provide personalized attention, professional instruction, and exercise programming to members to maximize health, fitness, and wellness goals while delivering high levels of customer service. Responsibilities include building client base through orientations and PT sessions, delivering comprehensive fitness programs aligned with client goals, motivating clients through goal setting and frequent follow-up, and providing hospitality to all members. Must possess CPR/AED certification and an approved Personal Training Certification; strong communication, networking, and self-promotion skills are required; ability to operate and adjust fitness equipment and to work in an in-club environment. Compensation includes pay per session ($18.00 per half-hour session; $15/hour for non-session work) with potential bonuses; comprehensive benefits package and career advancement opportunities are offered.
