Job Summary
Deliver pre-designed and custom workouts in a group class style, leading and motivating clients through intense training sessions. Build and maintain a highly engaged member base by meeting one-on-one to discuss fitness and nutrition goals, modifying exercises for various skill levels, and ensuring participant safety. Take camps alongside members when not training and use social media to promote the brand while converting promotional clients and free trials into members. Support the team to hit sales goals and work independently as a team player. This role is located at the Sun Prairie, WI Burn Boot Camp only.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold or be in the process of obtaining fitness certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, ISSA, NAMS, NCSA, AFFA, NFPT(NCCA Certified)
- Bachelor's degree in an exercise science related field
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Outgoing and friendly
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
- Ability to train one on one while simultaneously motivating and pushing other members
- CPR/AED certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
